Raiford managed all aspects of the financial operation for this $40 billion region. Leading a team of 1,200 employees located across the Americas, he played a key role in the integration of financial systems and processes, developed consolidated reporting and metrics for the region, and led contract and compliance administration. Raiford has also held financial positions at Shell Technology Ventures, and Price Waterhouse in Houston and London.
Raiford is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He is a certified public accountant in Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Grass Roots Committee (formerly the Group of 100 Committee), where he regularly advises the AICPA on finance and accounting matters of interest to the organization's members and constituents.
