TWELVE Hotels and Residences and Novare Events to collaborate on event-space management | Lee Anne Rees named director of events

ATLANTA | TWELVE Hotels and Residences and Novare Events announced today that they will collaborate on the operation of special events in all TWELVE Hotels. Lee Anne Rees has joined TWELVE Hotels and Residences as director of events and will serve both entities in this role.

Rees is responsible for all special events sales, ranging from product launches to weddings and family celebrations to fundraising galas. Rees brings to TWELVE more than seven years of experience in hospitality sales, catering and event planning, most recently as sales manager for Bold American Catering, a division of Fifth Group Restaurants. A native Atlantan, Rees graduated from The Lovett School and received her B.A. in French Studies from Hollins College in Roanoke, Va. She has lived internationally, both in Paris and Lund, Sweden.

TWELVE Hotels and Residences’ first property will be in the ATLANTIC STATION® redevelopment in Midtown Atlanta. The ballroom at TWELVE Atlantic Station, opening in November, includes more than 8,000 square feet and can accommodate from 80 to 800 guests for corporate and social events. The space will also feature a large pre-function area, two lush patios, a private catering kitchen and convenient parking. Venetian-plaster wall finishes, plasma-screen televisions, hardwood floors and state-of-the-art lighting add to the sleek style of the venue.

TWELVE Hotels and Residences offers upscale, attractively priced condominiums with a 100-room boutique hotel. Residents of TWELVE will enjoy the services that accompany a hotel without compromising their privacy. Hotel guests will experience the comforts of life in an upscale, urban residence, offered at a business rate, below that of most boutique hotels with similar amenities.

TWELVE Hotels and Residences and Novare Events are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Novare Group Holdings.
