Choice Hotels International Promotes Ralph Singer to Regional Vice President, Sales for Its Cambria Suites Brand

Cambria Suites is the stylish new lifestyle hotel brand launched by Choice Hotels in 2005 in response to strong market demand for a select-service, upscale hotel product. Through June 30, 2006, Choice had executed 28 franchise agreements for the new brand, in leading markets such as Baltimore, Denver, Orlando, and Phoenix.
"Ralph has been the top performer for the Cambria Suites franchise development team and he has been a major contributor to the brand’s successful market introduction,” said LeBlanc. “He is extremely well-versed in the matters that are important to Cambria developers – real estate, site selection and feasibility, and finance. His field-level experience and knowledge of the development process positions him to be a strong leader for the Cambria Suites franchise sales team.”
Singer, a graduate of the University of Memphis with a bachelors in Marketing, has spent the last 10 years in the hospitality industry, nearly three years of which has been spent working for Choice. He served as a Franchise Services Director for the Sleep Inn brand in Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia before joining the Cambria sales team in January 2005. Previously, Singer spent seven years directing franchise sales in the southeastern United States while working for U.S. Franchise Systems in Atlanta.
