The 2007 HFTP Annual Convention & Tradeshow offers an exceptional education conference with presentations by experts representing all segments of the hospitality industry. The three general sessions will focus on: learning to look within one's self for success and happiness, regaining full attention and productivity of the workplace by addressing the pressures in personal lives and how to find the humor when technology rears its ugly head in the workplace. There will also be six education session tracks for attendees to choose from, including Club, Hotel, General, Technology, International and the new Leadership Unlimited.

Each evening of the convention will include an opportunity for attendees to interact with colleagues and vendors. Wednesday night's Welcome Reception and Exhibits includes cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, networking and the first chance to visit the exhibit hall. Thursday night is a special Casino Night, with casino games, food, networking and fun. In addition to the complimentary chips given to each attendee, extra casino chips will be available for purchase, with all proceeds benefiting HFTP Scholarship and Endowment programs all over the world. The last night of the convention is the President's Evening, a black-tie optional event that includes an elegant dinner and dancing.

The annual business meeting and luncheon will be Friday, October 19 at 11:45 a.m. The meeting will give special recognition to the outgoing international board of directors and will review what HFTP has accomplished over the past year.
