Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels is pleased to announce that it arranged the sale of The Fairmont Acapulco Princess, The Fairmont Pierre Marques and The Fairmont Hamilton Princess between Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Inc. and Goodman Hospitality Investments (“Goodman”). The Fairmont Hamilton Princess is located on the shores of the Hamilton Harbor and adjacent to Bermuda’s financial and banking center. The luxury property offers 410 guestrooms, approximately 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, three renowned food and beverage outlets, and full access to all of the guest amenities at The Fairmont Southampton.
