Dallas, TX | The Hilton Garden Inn at the Tulsa Airport recently had an opportunity to show that they are fully aware of the meaning of Hilton’s ‘be hospitable’ campaign.

Upon arrival for work on the morning of August 13, 2008, several of the hotel’s team members noticed two buses full of soldiers parked behind the hotel. They were not guests of the hotel, but were using the vacant parking area to rest while waiting on delayed flights.

The hotel staff leaped into ‘be hospitable’ mode, and set up tables next to the buses. Cases of water, trays of fruit and snacks, and other supplies were gathered up and placed on the tables for the soldiers to enjoy. They were also welcomed into the hotel to enjoy fresh coffee and lounge in the air-conditioned lobby area while they waited.

The military men and women were extremely grateful, and our employees welcomed the opportunity to thank them for their service to our country.
