Green Globe International and Green Certifications Announce Appearance at Caribbean Marketplace
Green Globe International, Inc. (OTCBB: GGLB) and Green Certifications, Inc., which have together launched a dual certification program for businesses in the travel and hospitality markets, today announced the scheduled appearance of Guido Bauer, CEO of Green Certifications, Inc., at the Caribbean Marketplace being held January 18-20 in Gros Islet, St. Lucia.

The event is considered the premier Caribbean tourism and hospitality event and is presented by American Express, St. Lucia and Virgin Holidays.
Mr. Bauer has scheduled over 60 appointments at the event with hotel owners and representatives as well as attractions and tour operators from 16 islands. An additional 20 meetings are scheduled for before and after the event.
This is the first joint event for Green Certifications and Green Globe International since entering into their strategic partnership. Major travel, tourism and hospitality events are considered key sales and marketing opportunities for the dual Green Globe/Green Certifications program.
The Caribbean Marketplace is the most important annual tourism sales and marketing event in the region, with 381 supplier companies, 148 buyer companies, over 1500 delegates, and 397 booths at the 2008 event. This event attracts hotel members, airlines, car rental companies and ground handlers with qualified tour operators and wholesalers.
The event is produced by the Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA) and endorsed by the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO).
