Steve Rushmore knows the hotel market as well as anyone. Rushmore is also a prolific author on hotel feasibility studies and appraisals, having written five textbooks and two seminars for the Appraisal Institute. He has also authored three reference books on hotel investing and written more than 300 published articles. A frequent lecturer at hospitality schools around the world, including Lausanne, Cornell, Houston, and IMHI, Rushmore has taught hundreds of classes and seminars for industry professionals.
Rushmore has a BS degree from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and an MBA from the University of Buffalo.
