The InterContinental New York, in the heart of the New York Theatre district, welcomes guests to Ça Va, complete with its own separate entrance on 44th Street, for a memorable New York culinary experience. On Christmas Eve, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm in addition to the regular menu, Ça Va's special menus include a lobster and sea urchin risotto, crispy calamari tart and Nantucket Bay scallop vol au vent for appetizer selections. Main courses offerings of crispy roasted pork porchetta, seared rack of lamb and grilled 18 oz. dry age d rib eye of beef provide plenty of choice. Featured at the New York Times Square restaurant on Christmas Eve for dessert is apple crème caramel, red velvet coconut cake and chocolate crème brûlée.

The InterContinental New York offers lunch from 12 Noon – 2:00 pm and dinner from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Christmas Day with many of the same selections available from the Christmas Eve menu but with the inclusion of the traditional main course turkey entrée, roasted turkey roulade with mushroom and foie gras stuffing & cranberry cabbage. Additional appetizers featured for Christmas Day dining include a grilled and chilled jumbo prawn cocktail and a gem lettuce salad. The decadent desserts on the Christmas Eve menu are offered on Christmas Day as well. The New Years Eve 3-course Prix Fixe Dinner is offered at $100/per person for the 7:00 pm seating and a 4-course Prix Fixe meal including one glass of champagne commences at 9:30 pm for $150/person.
