Kempinski Career Day 2012: Job interviews with senior management to attract 1,000 young talents
March 10 is The Day - At the Kempinski Hotel Airport in Munich, Kempinski Hotels' Management Board, Senior Management, and over 60 General Managers will interview young candidates who would like to start or advance their careers with Europe's oldest luxury hotel group. Entry level but also middle and senior management positions are offered - keeping in mind the group's ambitious expansion target.

What is the goal of the Kempinski Career Day 2012? What are you hoping to get out of it?We would like to meet numerous young talents and discuss what Kempinski could do for them and their careers, but also what they can bring to the table. To find young, talented people that will bring the company into the future is and will continue to be our top priority. This is also the reason why their development and training is paramount.
What is the concept of the day? What can participants expect?The concept of the Career Day is the idea that talent search is the responsibility of the General Manager, Senior Management and the Management Board. That's why they will all be available throughout the day, including our President and CEO, Reto Wittwer. This way, candidates can talk directly to the decision-makers and have the unique chance to impress and convince them and show them their motivation and passion to work the international hospitality industry. Decisions are made then and there. Once recognised as a talent for Kempinski, we will do our utmost to find a job for the candidate - Kempinski-wide.
