Swiss International Hotels & Resorts Announce Expansion in Greater China

Swiss International Hotels today announced it has signed an agreement with HuaYuan Group of Xiamen, China to develop Swiss International Hotels in Greater China. The transaction, assisted by Rockwood Associates LLC, Portland, USA (www.rockwd.com/), is part of both companies’ shared strategy to capture the tremendous growth opportunities within China, the fastest growing hotel market in the world.

HuaYuan Group owns the 588-room Wyndham Hotel in Xiamen () along with three other luxury hotels currently under development in China. Under the Swiss International Hotel brand, the company will now directly own and manage hotels, offering guests the next generation of luxury stay experience with superior facilities steeped in sustainable design, high-grade technology, revolutionary loyalty programs and consistent delivery of Swiss-quality services.
