Hui is SVP Acquisitions, Europe at Host Hotels, where she oversees a team that sources and executes new deals on behalf of Host Hotel's European joint venture with affiliates of GIC RE and APG. Her notable achievements over the past nine years since joining Host Hotels include contributing to the acquisition of a $3.3 billion portfolio from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide in 2006, which included 33 assets, and leading the acquisition process of the EU Marriott portfolio in 2012.

To qualify for the Young Leader award the candidate must be 35 years of age or younger, have worked in a hospitality-related field, have completed a significant project for his or her hotel or organization and be recognized by leaders of his or her own hotel or organization as an emerging leader.
