Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach Selects Quadriga’s Sensiq Guest Communications Solution For All 438 Guest Rooms
The exclusive 5-star Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach Hotel is to install Quadriga's leading TV-based guest communications platform in all of its 438 guest rooms including 40 suites, replacing the existing IPTV solution. Quadriga, the leading global provider of guest-facing technology solutions for the hospitality industry, established a new subsidiary in Dubai in August to support the growing business needs of its customers.
Following the signing of an exclusive agreement over two years ago with Sofitel, the luxury brand of Accor group, Quadriga's communications solutions are now installed in more than 4,000 rooms and 26 Sofitel properties across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Sensiq will provide guests with a unique multimedia communications platform, which will deliver an unrivalled range of HD entertainment content and TV channels, as well as information about Dubai and the hotel services. Guests will also benefit from a range of valuable guest applications such as wake-up, viewbill, express check-out and news and weather. A customised interface, supporting 26 guest languages will reflect the unique, luxury Sofitel identity, combined with video and music to deliver the desired brand experience. Sensiq will not only enable the Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach to communicate with guests more effectively, but also to drive new revenue opportunities and promote its wide range of bars, restaurants, spa and fitness centre, directly to guests in their rooms.

Sensiq, Quadriga's 3rd generation interactive TV platform will also enable the hotel to deliver a true 'home-from-home' experience to guests, now and into the future, as their needs evolve. Sensiq provides a flexible and modular guest technology solution, enabling new features and applications to be added over time, including, critically, guest mobile applications. Quadriga's PMN® mobile streaming app can be integrated into Sensiq to enable guests to access and various forms of content from their personal mobile device and stream directly to the in-room TV via the hotel's WiFi network, delivering a unified guest experience across all devices.
