Dorsett Hospitality International is pleased to announce that the group has entered into

four management contracts with Mayland Group Malaysia and Far East Consortium International Limited to manage the following hotels:
  • Dorsett Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, owned by Mayland Group Malaysia, will have up to 319 rooms, a ballroom with an estimated capacity for up to 220 people which is dividable into two function space, an all-day dining facility which can seat up to 150 people, an outdoor swimming pool and is conveniently connected to Cheras Sentral, the latest shopping mall in the b ustling township of Cheras, a suburb of Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is targeted to open in the 1st quarter of 2014.
  • Dorsett Putrajaya, owned by Mayland Group Malaysia, will have up to 218 rooms. Putrajaya is a planned city and serves as the federal administrative centre of Malaysia and is Malaysias third Federal Territory after Kuala Lumpur and Labuan. Dorsett Putrajaya is targeted to open in the 3rd quarter of 2014.
  • Dorsett Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur, owned by Mayland Group Malaysia, will have up to 371 rooms. Hartamas is one of the upper-middle-class suburbs west of Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is expected to be operational in the 3rd quarter of 2015.
  • Sri Jati Hotel, owned by Far East Consortium International Limited, will be managed by Dorsett Hospitality International under the d.Collection brand. This boutique hotel with up to 154 rooms is centrally located within the city centre of Kuala Lumpur; and is just a few minutes walk away from the famous landmark of Bukit Bintang. Sri Jati Hotel is expected to commence operation in the 4th quarter of 2015.

We are indeed very excited with the growth development of the group. With the

addition of these four properties, we will have a portfolio of 29 hotels giving us a room inventory of over 8500. The management contracts will provide the platform for the group to further expand its network in South East Asia and provide a steady income stream in the future.
