Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (www.hotelequities.com) recently announced its selection as the management firm for three Marriott hotels in the Lone Star State. The hotels under development include the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Waxahachie, Texas; the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Pasadena, Texas; and the SpringHill Suites in Austin, Texas. Hotel Equities now manages 35 Marriott hotels nationwide with over 60 hotels in its portfolio.
