Pandox Operations has entered into an agreement with Nordic Choice Hotels to take over operations at Quality Hotel Prince Philip in Skärholmen, Stockholm, a hotel property already owned by Pandox.

"When our partner Nordic Choice Hotels decided to not extend the lease agreement for the property, it was a natural step for Pandox to also assume the role of operator. Taking over of operations is in line with our strategy to safeguard the value and development of the hotel property", says Erik Hvesser, Vice President, Area Manager Sweden & Finland at Pandox. Quality Hotel Prince Philip is located adjacent to Skärholmen centrum and the retail shopping area Kungens Kurva, areas which will be developed in connection with the construction of Förbifart Stockholm and the planned infrastructure development around the interchange E4 Kungens Kurva. The hotel has 208 rooms, gym, restaurant, bar and conference facilities for up to 100 guests and constitutes an important part of the hotel supply in southwest Stockholm. Pandox takes over operations on 1 September, 2015. All employees will be included in the transfer of operations.
