An enthusiastic team from Cycas Hospitality attended the IHG Europe Hotel Star Awards 2015 at the InterContinental London Park Lane and they were thrilled to be the proud recipients of three awards for their Stratford City hotels.

Steven Cowie was named "General Manager of the Year" for his role at Staybridge Suites London - Stratford City. Steven is one of just six in Europe to be awarded 'General Manager of the Year'. The awards themselves recognise best-performing IHG hotels and individuals across Europe for their outstanding performance and contribution to the local and business community in which they operate.
"This award is really for my whole team," reports Steven Cowie. "We have been working hard all year to perfect every area of service at Staybridge Suites London - Stratford City. We aim to create teams that deliver a 'positively outrageous' service in order to grow our company and each other.
Holiday Inn London - Stratford City and Staybridge Suites London - Stratford City also each won a HeartBeat Award which is given for achieving the highest levels of excellence with outstanding guest satisfaction scores in the top 10%.
