Magnuson Hotels Rolls out Co-op Marketing Initiative
Announced as part of its recent re-brand, Magnuson Hotels is rolling out a unique co-op marketing initiative to drive more local business for its member hotels. The program will see Magnuson Hotels reinvest 20% of the fees paid by each member hotel into co-op marketing.
Initially, the main focus of the co-op marketing initiative will be on billboards, print ads and digital campaigns. However, the innovative hotel chain is looking forward to working closely with its individual hotels, using their local knowledge and expertise to maximize ROI for the hotel and brand as a whole.
"We applaud Magnuson's new marketing plans and especially its commitment to assisting us with co-operative advertising. It's the extras that we receive from this brand without additional fees that sets Magnuson apart from the other brands we own." – Bret Wirta, CEO, Magnuson Hotel Papago Inn and Wirta Hospitality Worldwide.
The co-op is a move which continues to differentiate Magnuson Hotels as an industry leader in the support they offer their member hotels. "We are proud to break away from the normal practices of our competitors and demonstrate to our hotels our commitment to providing them with the highest level of consumer awareness at no additional cost to the owners", stated company CEO Thomas Magnuson.
