Hilton Worldwide to Open New Hotel in Historic Romanian Capital
Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town Marks Mid-Market Brand’s Debut in the City
Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) has reached a franchise agreement with SC Apex Alliance 1 S.R.L. to open Hilton Garden InnBucharest Old Town in 2017. The 201-room hotel will be located within an historic listed building in the prime city centre location of Doamnei St.
BUCHAREST and MCLEAN, Va. -- Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) has reached a franchise agreement with SC Apex Alliance 1 S.R.L. to open Hilton Garden InnBucharest Old Town in 2017. The 201-room hotel will be located within an historic listed building in the prime city centre location of Doamnei St.

Romania is already home to five Hilton Worldwide hotels under three different brands, and Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town marks the brand's debut in the city.
