Bangkok, Thailand -- Leading international hospitality provider ONYX Hospitality Group today announced a new management agreement for a project in Hong Kong, paving the way for the first Mosaic Collection property in this dynamic city.
Located at 108 Soy Street in Mongkok, Hotel 108 will be surrounded by a variety of hip and trendy dining and entertainment options. Mongkok is a major hub in the Asia's World City that blends the taste of local life with tourism, bringing together some of the most noteworthy spots – the local street food heaven at Dundas Street; the Sneakers Street in the southern section of Fa Yuen Street; the old Hong Kong-style along Shanghai Street; the paradise of electronics and gadgets at Sai Yeung Choi Street South. The famous Ladies' Market along Tung Choi Street is just a two-minute walk from Hotel 108.
The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the Kowloon Peninsula, which provides great access to the rest of Hong Kong through the city's extensive transportation network, including public buses and minibuses, as well as the Tsuen Wan Line, Kwun Tong Line and East Rail Line of the MTR. The 24-storey high property will have 61 rooms, ranging in size from 13 to 30 square metres. The property is undergoing renovation and is slated for opening during the fourth quarter of 2016.
