The Best Western Sure Stay Plus Sukhumvit 2 has appointed leading global hospitality software business Guestline to provide its cloud-based hospitality technology solutions to manage the hotel's operational and distribution requirements.

The hotel, which opened in Bangkok in October 2017, is the first new Best Western Sure Stay hotel to open outside the USA. Since implementing Guestline's range of solutions, the hotel has seen a host of improvements in operational efficiencies.
