Deutsche Hospitality selects dailypoint as its centralized, above PMS data platform

As a part of its mission to promote digital leadership in hospitality, Deutsche Hospitality, which brings together four hotel brands with 130 properties spanning three continents, has selected Munich-based dailypoint as its platform to manage its guest data in one centralized platform.

dailypoint will serve as much more than just a powerful, cloud-based CRM. It will consolidate the group's guest feedback data, newsletters, website insights, loyalty program, and data from its multiple Opera installations into one centralized platform allowing for better guest insights and more personalized services.

Deutsche Hospitality has been piloting its hotels with dailypoint for the past twelve months, testing both the software, as well as dailypoint's patented, AI-based data cleansing processes, which ensure that all data is correctly stored and usable.
