, Shiji completed the acquisition of Touchpeak Software, Inc. and its subsidiary EFT Middleware LLC. After being an investor in the company for a number of years, Touchpeak will now be incorporated into Shiji Payment Solutions and continue to operate its business and serve its customers as it has before as a wholly owned company of the Shiji Group.
