A UK-based organization overseeing more than 80,000 apartments in 35 countries, SACO sought out a security access solution that while able to enhance overall property security, could also enhance the guest experience and offer a simplified method of checking in and out.

Developed using ASSA ABLOY's Seos technology, Mobile Access by ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions safeguards against the threat of data theft and unauthorized access by encrypting digital key and room number information, which is then transmitted to guest devices using a secure communications channel. Once received by a guest's device, the data is then stored inside a digital vault within the property's app, and is again transmitted via a secure channel when a guest places their device within proximity to the appropriate guestroom lock. Guests staying at a SACO property can also benefit from Keezapp's digital passport feature that prevents fraud by allowing staff to verify a guest's identification in seconds.
