Plum, the first wine by the glass technology transforming the hospitality industry, today announced they have deployed 22 units at Southernmost Beach Resort in their Oceanview, Garden View and Partial Oceanview Suites.

A big draw was Plum's sleek design and ease of use, as well as the ability to reduce operational demand and costs of minibars. F&B Managers just have to select any two standard bottles of wine and set the pricing. Plum does the rest. It pressurizes each bottle, preserving the unique flavors of each wine and serving up the perfect glass of wine at the touch of a button. It also automatically alerts staff when a guest finishes a bottle so that housekeeping can restock.
