Hilton Enhances Meeting Experiences with Tech, Offers New Tools Beyond Wi-Fi

In response, Hilton introduced two technology packages that can help enhance the functionality and environment of meeting and event spaces.
Technology upgrade for small meetings and events
Hilton recognizes that technology is not "one size fits all." In a small group setting, every little disruption is noticed. To avoid interruptions during meetings, Hilton offers a specific technology package that caters to small meetings and events, featuring devices such as a wireless charging station that keeps attendees seamlessly connected.
In addition, some hotels feature digital screens that display libraries of interchangeable art pieces, catering to the 80% of professionals surveyed who mentioned they prefer colorful meeting spaces with elements inspired by their surroundings.
Technology and environment upgrade
Environment is just as important as tech offerings to the modern traveler. The New Business Traveler survey also showed more than 90% of young business travelers prefer a meeting space filled with natural light. To mimic natural light in meeting spaces without windows, Hilton offers an artificial skylight that simulates natural light. Select locations also offer a wall of unique moss tiles that maximize fresh air and help with noise cancellation.
In an age of instant upgrades and endless offerings, customers expect tools that facilitate successful meetings. These packages are currently available at select hotels, including Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing, Hilton McLean Tyson's Corner, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Hilton Mexico City Reforma.
