Fuel Earns Seven 2019 HSMAI Adrian Awards for Hospitality Digital Marketing Excellence
HSMAI recognizes Fuel in the 2019 HSMAI Adrian Award competition for its popular marketing podcast and multiple successful hospitality case studies
New York, NY - The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI), has announced that it will present Fuel, the premier software provider and digital agency for the hotel industry, with seven Adrian Awards at the organization's annual gala on January 21, 2020 at the New York Marriott Marquis. The Adrian Awards is a global travel marketing competition, now in its 63rd year. Out of more than 1,100 entries submitted this year, Fuel was selected as a winner in seven categories for its ongoing excellence in hospitality, travel, tourism, and media.
"It is a privilege to be singled out from among such a prestigious group of innovators—especially since this is our first time entering the competition," said Stuart Butler, Fuel's COO. "Our team is dedicated to creating high-quality content for the hospitality industry and the success of our clients is our real reward, but to be recognized by the industry's premiere sales and marketing organization is a true honor."
Fuel earned two Gold Adrian Awards, the first for its weekly Hotel Marketing Podcast. This ongoing podcast features the experienced digital marketing team at Fuel and selected guests as they discuss evolving topics and offer actionable tips for hotel marketers. Fuel's second Gold Adrian Award was earned for its Inn Of The Mountain Gods Targeted Search Marketing Campaign, which resulted in an 82-percent increase in overall website revenue for the Inn Of The Mountain Gods resort in New Mexico.
In addition, Fuel won three Silver Adrian Awards:
- The StateView Hotel Website update, which yielded a 3,165-percent increase in conversion rates
- Uptown Suites' 2019 Temporary Housing Campaign, which generated more than 2.7 million temporary housing display ad impressions
- Coral Beach Resort's Email Redesign & Optimization plan, helping the property increase its return on investment by 2,000 percent in the first month.

- Captain's Quarters Resort Mobile Conversion Rate plan, where the property grew its mobile conversion rate by 146 percent and generated an 88-percent increase in visitors performing room searches
