The well-being and safety of the Meliá Hotels International customers and staff is vitally important, and that is why we have decided to update our booking cancellation policy in the light of the Coronavirus (2019-nCov) that originated in Wuhan in China:​

The well-being and safety of the Meliá Hotels International customers and staff is vitally important, and that is why we have decided to update our booking cancellation policy in the light of the Coronavirus (2019-nCov) that originated in Wuhan in China:​

  1. Customers with bookings for Meliá hotels in China may modify and cancel reservations for free for stays between January 21 and February 29, 2020 inclusive.
  2. Customers who plan to travel from China to any international Meliá hotel destination may modify and cancel reservations for free for stays between January 21 and February 29, 2020 inclusive.

Aiming to control and prevent further spread of the coronavirus, all of our hotels in China are following the precautions to ensure cleaning and disinfection protocols are in place.

Gran Meliá Xian, Meliá Shanghai Parkside, INNSiDE by Meliá Zhengzhou, Meliá Shanghai Hongquiao, Gran Meliá Xian are temporarily closed until further notice.
