Hard Rock Hotel Goes Ireckonu
Leading International Brand Hard Rock Hotel partners with Industry Leader Ireckonu for full-spectrum Guest Engagement
Amsterdam - After signing Reverb by Hard Rock, Ireckonu partners with the Hard Rock Hotel brand, with plans to implement their Core and IKnowU solutions across Hard Rock's global hotel portfolio.
"We're taking guest engagement to the next level," exclaims Dale Hipsh, Senior Vice President - Hotels. "Hard Rock is a global force in the hospitality space, with multiple properties across the Americas, Mexico and the Caribbean, Europe and Asia Pacific. Our brand is equipped with an abundance of amenities, ranging from world-class dining to music-centric signature programs and top-tier live entertainment, we're looking to enhance our ability to offer a personalized experience. That's where Ireckonu comes in."
Ireckonu will implement their coined "Guest Experience Framework" across the Hard Rock Hotel brand, consolidating and optimizing the quality and quantity of hotel and guest data. IRECKONU Core will serve as the foundation of the product stack, connecting and centralizing hotel operating systems and guest insights into one, focused database: a single source of truth. This will provide business intelligence and insights that will drive business decisions and amplify the guest experience.
IKnowU will utilize these newfound guest insights and create personalized guest profiles that intuitively match, merge, and dedupe multiple copies of guest information. All guest profiles will contain both live and updated data around amenity and service requests, email subscriptions, and preferred contact information, to name a few.
Jan Jaap van Roon, Founder, and CEO of Ireckonu is confident and ready to kick off the partnership: "We're extremely excited to work with a world-renowned company like Hard Rock Hotels. We have an incredible opportunity to streamline the brand's insights as well as offer that next level of guest experience that Ireckonu is known for."
