As the coronavirus pandemic continues to spread across the world, former Man United star Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly made a generous move to help in the fight against the disease.

According to Spanish publication Marca, the 35-year-old Juventus forward will transform his hotels in Portugal into hospitals to help fight coronavirus.

The makeshift hospitals will be available free of charge and the Portuguese icon will be the one to fund the doctors and workers there, as per the source.

As all European top leagues were postponed until at least the end of the month due to coronavirus concerns earlier this week, Cristiano also took to social media to warn everyone about the growing threat of the virus.

"The world is going through a very difficult moment which demands the utmost care and attention from all of us," he tweeted on Friday.
