Paris - On April 9th, D-EDGE launched the Hospitality Recovery Tracker to help hoteliers and the hospitality ecosystem spot the first signs of recovery, so they could allocate the right resources at the right time.

D-EDGE is happy to launch the V2 of its Recovery Tracker barometer: quicker, easier to use, and richer.

D-EDGE Hospitality Recovery tracker is web-based. Everyone can access it: there is no need to register or download anything. There isno marketing purpose here; we simply want to help our industry get a good understanding of the ongoing trends.

The barometer is built on data collected using our Central Reservation platform from 10,000+ independent hotels (individuals and groups).

Data available in the tracker include:

  • Daily bookings by hotel country or by main regions/cities,
  • Daily confirmed bookings and cancellations,
  • Bookings by creation date and arrival date,
  • Data by channels (Direct channel, OTAs, ..) and markets for 2020 and 2019.

There are many ways to play with the Recovery Tracker to filter the data as you need:

  • Select one or several countries/cities; for example, Spain only or Spain AND Portugal.
  • Select one or several distribution channels; for example, hotel website only.
  • Select the booking origin to see the domestic or international market.

Below you can see examples of the kinds of trends that can be spotted using the D-EDGE Hospitality Recovery Tracker.

***Special offer for press : If you need specific data that is not available in our barometer, please contact Isabelle Falque; she will look at your demand with our data scientists.***
