Introducing a mission-driven luxury lifestyle, 1 Hotel Haitang Bay's eco-architecture and nature-inspired interiors are carefully designed to complement its culinary philosophy. Committed to sustainable practices and taking diners back to nature, the culinary program is built around slow food and farm-to-table movements, with the aim of forging strong connections between people and the natural world through what we eat. 1 Hotel Haitang Bay, Sanya also plans to launch local farm tours to offer guests an opportunity to learn more about farm-to-fork practices.

Additionally, the team has adopted numerous strategies to minimize waste; guests can find fresh seasonal fruits that are imperfect in appearance but perfect in taste, which would otherwise be discarded by producers or grocers at the Lobby Farm Stand.

Drawing inspiration from a verdant conservatory with its floor-to-ceiling windows and collection of exotic plants, fine dining restaurant Green House boasts a range of authentic Chinese cuisine, featuring Cantonese signatures like Roasted Crispy Chicken with Sesame, teas, and famous wines.

For those in the mood for a more casual Chinese dining experience, Noodle House pays homage to regional cuisines with a line-up of staple dishes made using noodles hand-crafted in-house, alongside an assortment of local delicacies like roujiamo (Chinese Pork Burger).

Featuring living green walls planted with local vegetation from ferns to orchids, relaxed lobby lounge Drift welcomes guests to drop in for a strong cup of coffee in the morning, fresh pastries during afternoon tea, and a perfectly crafted martini, seasonal cocktail, or glass of wine come sunset.

If it is an ocean view guests are after, there is nowhere like alfresco rooftop lounge Sky Bar, where sunset cocktails and feel-good food await. In partnership with Hope & Sesame, one of the Asia's 50 Best award-winning speakeasies, Sky Bar introduces a sustainability-inspired drink menu to celebrate seasonal ingredients from local growers and producers. The Sandbox fixes up homemade mixes and fantastically fresh juices featuring ingredients hand-picked from the local farm, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind poolside.
