We missed the spring 2020 issue due to the global pandemic, but we are back and better than ever when it comes to sharing research and information.

This is not a research journal. It's a magazine based on research that focuses on subjects that are impacting the hospitality and tourism industry and its stakeholders, including guests who use the industry's services. Inside you'll find articles that focus on various aspects of the hospitality and tourism research and a special article on thought leader Abraham Pizam, Ph.D. founding dean of UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management who is marking the 50th anniversary of achieving his Ph.D. We continue to share information on recent topics that affect various aspects of tourism, hospitality, hotels, events, entertainment, foodservice, restaurants and more.

The Winter 2020 issue of the Rosen Research Review magazine is available electronically. You may read, save, bookmark and share the content.
