The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) is thrilled to announce its schedule of virtual experiences and in-person events for 2021. HSMAI will begin the year with virtual experiences and transition to in-person events as it becomes safe to gather physically. Our slate of 2021 virtual and in-person experiences are designed to support hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue optimization professionals through industry recovery.

HSMAI Americas will host the following in-person events in 2021:
- September 28 - Marketing Strategy Conference: An HSMAI Commercial Strategy Event, Dallas, Texas
- September 29 - ROC: An HSMAI Commercial Strategy Event, Dallas, Texas
- October 2021 - HSMAI Sales Leader Forum: An HSMAI Commercial Strategy Event, location to be announced
HSMAI Executive Roundtables will be held in conjunction with our three in-person signature events. HSMAI Commercial Strategy events will reflect the emerging convergence of sales, marketing, revenue optimization, and other commercial functions, under one umbrella.
HSMAI is continuing its popular Hotel Essentials Online Certificate Courses in 2021. These expert-led virtual classroom series are collaborative educational courses that span six weeks. The HSMAI Hotel Essentials series are 100% online and instructor-led for one hour per week. Often, these courses are used to prepare for HSMAI certification exams including CHDM and CRME certifications.
