The Hotelschool The Hague Master of Arts in Leading Hotel Transformation is a programme for students and young professionals who already have a bachelor degree in hospitality management or a closely related field. Designed and co-created with the hotel industry, our new master programme is for young hospitality professionals with a real passion for hotels. Digital and circular transformation are the drivers behind the hotel industry’s innovations and play a central role in this master programme.

The hotel industry supports the urgency for this master. Emmy Stoel, General Manager Sofitel Legend The Grand says: “The programme that Hotelschool The Hague will offer to MA students is interesting because of the future minded- and hospitality oriented character. Our intention is to recruit graduates from this programme for future positions in our hotel.” The hotel industry is changing so fast and has a demand for professionals who can lead and drive these changes. The programme focuses on strategic thinking, innovation, culture, stakeholder management, the guest experience, and (project) leadership. Of equal importance are essential 21-century skills like curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration and agility. This master will allow graduates to support and guide hotel businesses in digital and circular transformation.

The courses include challenging and authentic case studies and on-site classes at hotels. International and industry-experienced faculty will facilitate the courses, including guest lectures by hotel transformation specialists.
