Dinner and a show takes on a whole new meaning when the globally renowned Le Petit Chef dining experience opens exclusively at the New York Marriott Marquis today at The View. The fan favorite restaurant in the sky has opened for a limited time to host this unique four-course culinary adventure presented by Le Petit Chef, the world’s smallest French chef, who turns the traditional static tabletop dinner presentation into a magical 3D experience.

Through whimsical, engaging animation, Le Petit Chef playfully guides diners of all ages through an interactive experience where the story behind each course is brought to life through cutting edge projection-mapping created by the world-famous artists of Skullmapping and presented by TableMation Studios™. During the two-hour culinary journey, diners watch their tabletop turn into the ocean where Le Petit Chef catches lobster for dinner, battles a bumblebee to help cook delicious short rib, and more. The unforgettable show is impeccably choreographed in tandem with The View’s staff and served to perfection.
Diners will enjoy a four-course meal featuring:
- Burrata: Whipped Ricotta, Heirloom Tomatoes, Frico,
- Balsamic, Basil Oil, Smoked Salt
- Chilled Maine Lobster: Shaved Fennel, Citrus Supremes,
- Blood Orange Vinaigrette, Tarragon Aioli, Sorrel
- Beef Short Ribs: Patatas Bravas, Grilled Asparagus,
- Chimichurri, Smoked Paprika Aioli
- Matcha Coconut Espresso Fusion: Chocolate Breton, Matcha Gelato,
- Crunchy Coconut Dacquoise, Raspberry, Matcha Marshmallow, Warm Espresso Ganache
