Following the success of the pan European “Leadership from Chaos” revenue management conference in October 2021, the companies behind the initiative today announced the launch of the Global Revenue Forum, a vehicle for the ongoing staging of annual revenue management conferences throughout Europe and a platform to build community and extend revenue management educational resources across the region.

Global Revenue Forum is a collaboration between three of Europe’s most respected revenue management companies, Hotel Performance, based in Milan; London-based Revenue by Design, and Taktikon, based in Stockholm. For this next event, associate partners from around Europe will be invited to join the Global Revenue Forum and extend the reach of the next conference to be held on January 31, 2023.

IDeaS, a SAS company, the world’s leading provider of hospitality revenue management software and services, will continue its support of this exclusive one-day event, as the Platinum Plus sponsor with a headline presence at all three locations. Its participation will also optimise the global impact of the event, cementing its position as the leading revenue management event of 2023.

The event will be staged simultaneously in London, Milan, and Stockholm, with shared content live-streamed between each city and to associate partners in other European destinations, thereby extending the reach of the conference across Europe. Curated content of the entire day’s event from each city will be streamed online, for those unable to attend the event in person. The “first of its kind” conference is an extension of the “Leadership from Chaos” conference held in October 2021 which attracted over 1,200 delegates and was driven by the desire to support the revenue management community as markets grappled with the challenges of returning to business post-Covid.

“The Global Revenue Forum initiative reflects the need to build community and share best practices across all revenue streams in hospitality. We are delighted to support this and look forward to contributing to the growth and education of the revenue management community across Europe.” said Klaus Kohlmayr – Chief Evangelist and Development Officer at IDeaS

“The platinum plus sponsorship in partnership with IDeaS is a magnificent endorsement of the launch of the Global Revenue Forum which will support us in achieving our key objective to bring together the commercial and revenue management community in hospitality. We are very excited by this initiative and are looking forward to working with IDeaS and bringing this event to the community.” said Ally Northfield, Managing Director, Revenue by Design

“The success of “Leadership from Chaos” confirmed that the national commercial and revenue management communities are ready for the next step, willing to share opinions and expertise with a broader European and even global community. We’re very proud that IDeaS understood this and will continue supporting us.” said Emanuele Nardin – Director, Hotel Performance and Founder, Hotel Revenue Forum

“We are thrilled that we can continue the success of last year’s event and be able to organize this next event in cooperation with Hotel Performance and Revenue by Design. Together we create a high-quality and educational platform for the hotel industry. The support from IDeaS is incredibly important in order for us to create this unique community.” said Annemarie Gubanski, Founder and CEO, Taktikon
