JAIPUR - Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, announced its partnership for a specialised skill centre at Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur in partnership with Ambuja Foundation (ACF) and AU Foundation

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ashok Rathore, Area Director - Jaipur and Ajmer, IHCL and General Manager, Rambagh Palace, Jaipur said, This partnership is in line with IHCL’s vision of building the talent pool for the industry. Skill building is one of the key initiatives of the company’s ESG + framework of Paathya. We look forward to a long-term association with all our partners towards nurturing the hospitality leaders of tomorrow.

The Skill Centre has currently undertaken entry -level training for two batches in Food & Beverage Service and Front Office. By 2024, the facility is expected to train at least 350 trainees to be job-ready and assist them in acquiring employment within IHCL and in the hospitality industry.

This partnership brings on board IHCL as the knowledge partner, AU Foundation supporting it financially and Ambuja Foundation(ACF) as implementing partner for this unique initiative to train the youth in the live working environment at Jai Mahal Palace Jaipur.
