Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants, a subsidiary of Victory Hotel Partners, announces a joint venture with Royal Property, a company that owns and operates independent and boutique hotels in Central America and the Caribbean. Royal Realty currently operates The Charlee Hotel and Luxé by the Charlee in Colombia, with an additional property slated to open in 2023.
Denver, CO - Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants, a subsidiary of Victory Hotel Partners, announces a joint venture with Royal Property, a company that owns and operates independent and boutique hotels in Central America and the Caribbean. Royal Realty currently operates The Charlee Hotel and Luxé by the Charlee in Colombia, with an additional property slated to open in 2023. The new JV will focus on acquistions and development throughout Central America and the Caribbean. This strategy will be focused on 3rd party management and JV opportunities.

The Charlee Hotel is a design-forward boutique hotel in a stylish modern tower overlooking Parque Lleras in Medellín’s buzzing “Zona Rosa”. This 42-suites hotel boasts of a number of culinary options offering international cuisine and delicacies, a rooftop bar/lounge showcasing an innovative aquariam-style pool with stunning panoramic views, a boutique gym and over 2500 sq ft of event/meeting space.
Luxé by The Charlee with plans for cabins along with luxury apartments, The Luxe hotel is located on a vast forest in the heart of Guatapé offering incredible views of the Guatapé reservoir in an environment surrounded by nature.
