HONG KONG –– Building on its reputation as one of the city’s most popular hotels for “dogcations”, Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong has launched a first-of-its-kind dog hotel boarding service, which will allow furkids to staycation in style and comfort even while their pawrents are away. Pet parents can enjoy peace of mind while their dogs board in a guestroom on our dog-friendly floor, cared for by our Dog Ambassador staff members, who are experienced dog-owners. Four-legged guests will enjoy daily relax-and-exercise sessions at our Upper Farm Doggy Playground outdoor terrace, and be monitored by the Dog Ambassador team via an in-room web camera. For those looking to spend quality time together with their pets, the hotel has also introduced new dog-friendly amenities to enhance the experience for all doggy families. Furkids will get to “yum cha” from a special “Doggy Dim Sum Cart” on The Farmhouse’s outdoor Garden Terrace, and dog parking hooks have also been installed so pawrents can easily enjoy The Farmhouse’s buffet spread. The Hyatt Centric Dog Hotel Service includes:

• Accommodation in one guestroom on our dog-friendly floor.
• Daily 30-minute relax-and-exercise session at Upper Farm Doggy Playground.
• 1-2 meals per day (food provided by dog parents) and water bowl refills at designated times decided by dog parents.
• In-room web camera for hotel teams to monitor the dogs.
• Flexible check-in and check-out time, subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions:

• The room rate includes one dog per room (less than 30kg, except for guide dogs).
• Dogs from the same family are allowed to share the same room, subject to additional HK$400 + 10% per dog. Maximum 4 dogs are allowed to share the same room. Sharing of room with dogs from another family is not allowed.
• Dog parents must provide all dog food required during the stay. A maximum of 2 meals will be served each day, and meals will be served at the designated time decided by dog parents.
• Access to the Upper Farm Doggy Playground is subject to the venue’s availability and weather conditions. The hotel reserves the right to change the location of the relax-and-exercise session at the hotel’s discretion, without advance notice.
• Additional services not listed above (e.g., grooming) can be arranged by the hotel at an extra charge.
• Reservations are subject to fulfilment and verification of the hotel’s Pet Health and Behavior requirements and Dog Hotel Service Agreement.
• Advance reservation is required, and subject to availability.
• A credit card is required to guarantee reservations. Full prepayment will be charged to the provided credit card within 24 hours to the arrival day.
• All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the arrival day will be subject to full room and service charges equivalent to the total price of the reserved stay.
• The hotel reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
