HEI Assumes Management of Marriott Jacksonville Downtown Hotel
HEI Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation's leading operators of institutionally owned full-service hotels with a portfolio of more than 100 properties across the United States, recently announced that it has assumed management of the 354-room Marriott Jacksonville Downtown Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida. Owned by L+R Hotels, the Marriott is situated in the heart of downtown along the St.

The Marriott Jacksonville Downtown Hotel provides a rooftop swimming pool with dramatic views of the St. John’s River and city skyline, and nine meeting rooms that comprise nearly 13,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 7,000-square foot ballroom. The hotel’s food and beverage facilities include a three-meal restaurant, a coffee shop and a lobby lounge. A comprehensive renovation of the hotel is in the planning stages with completion anticipated in the first quarter of 2024.
