HEI Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation's leading operators of institutionally owned full-service hotels with a portfolio of 100 properties across the United States, recently announced that it has assumed management of the 202-key EVEN Hotel Brooklyn (NY), 167-key EVEN Hotel Rockville (MD), and 128-key EVEN Hotel Norwalk (CT). The properties are owned by a joint venture between Taconic Capital Advisors and 6R Capital Group.

The three hotels each offer a meeting room and a fitness center, as well as an EVEN Kitchen & Bar.
