With this acquisition, Ariane becomes part of Jonas Hospitality, a family of technology brands under Vertus Group that provides innovative, tailored solutions to address the critical business needs of hotels, resorts, and spas across all industry segments. It is the second hospitality technology acquisition announced by Vertus in 2025, demonstrating the group's dedication to growing the vertical.
