The group is continuing to pursue a strategy of expansion through management contracts, with further properties due to be announced this year. The opening of the Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai in March 2025 takes the group to over 950 units, after adding more than 500 since opening its Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison property in London in 2021.
The group is also due to make its debut in Saudi Arabia in 2027, with Cheval Ladun Living in Riyadh.

Cheval Collection has also become the first serviced apartment operator in Europe to join the Global Hotel Alliance’s loyalty programme, GHA Discovery.

Cheval Collection began over 40 years ago, from an act of generosity. The owners lent their apartments at Cheval Place, Knightsbridge, to friends who were visiting London. With Cheval Collection’s recent move into branded residential properties, guests can now own a Cheval property of their own; Cheval Residences Dubai Islands was announced in 2026, closely followed by Cheval Residences Knightsbridge Gate. Further branded residential properties are currently in the pipeline.
In 2025, Cheval Collection launched its guest loyalty programme, Cheval DISCOVERY, in partnership with the Global Hotel Alliance; the first serviced apartment operator in Europe to join the GHA programme.
