InnVentures Expands Pacific Northwest Portfolio With Residence Inn Seattle Northgate Station

Seattle, WA - InnVentures, a hotel management company specializing in premium select-service and extended stay hotels, announces today the addition of Residence Inn Seattle Northgate Station. The new hotel, developed by Simon, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, continues a decades-long relationship between InnVentures and Residence Inn, and adds an important hospitality amenity to the burgeoning Northgate Station complex.

We were the first management company to partner with Residence Inn by Marriott in the Seattle region 42 years ago, and over the decades we’ve continued to enjoy a strong relationship with the brand. The 167-room Residence Inn Seattle Northgate Station, located at 10600 1st Ave NE, joins the Northgate Sound Transit light rail bus station and Kraken Community Iceplex, the official training facility for the Seattle Kraken NHL team and regional hub for ice sports in the Pacific Northwest. Hotel guests will enjoy easy access to the development’s numerous shops, restaurants, and communal gathering areas, as well as the light rail that brings guests to Downtown Seattle within minutes.

InnVentures continues to build its portfolio both in the Pacific Northwest and across the country. In 2023, InnVentures’ portfolio increased by 25 hotels in nine states, including entry into Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Connecticut and Maryland, as well as additional expansion in Florida, Colorado, Washington, and Oregon.
