Valor Hospitality Partners Strengthens Atlanta Presence with Three Additional Hilton Properties

Valor Hospitality Partners, a full-service global hospitality management company, is expanding its Hilton portfolio in the Atlanta metropolitan area with the management takeover of three properties: The American Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta – Roswell and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta – Alpharetta. These newly added properties are the result of a strategic partnership with RADCO, a multidimensional real estate firm headquartered in Atlanta.

Valor and RADCO have maintained a successful partnership for several years, collaborating to create elevated and memorable guest experiences. Under this partnership, Valor will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, including strategic planning, staff management, process optimization for operational efficiency, development of F&B programs, execution of marketing and sales strategies, revenue management and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction across the three properties.

• The American Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is a 315-room hotel in the heart of Atlanta’s downtown and has a storied history as Atlanta’s first racially integrated hotel. The property’s onsite dining outlet, Social 62 Restaurant & Lounge, offers innovative cocktails and novel cuisine, served in social spaces rather than defined dining areas. Valor’s global food and beverage division, SAVOR, will oversee the operations of the restaurant and will significantly increase the programming and activations it hosts to drive foot traffic and revenue.
• DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta – Roswell is a 174-room property that is located within three miles of office parks, delicious local dining and downtown Roswell.
• DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta – Alpharetta has 90 rooms and is one mile from US-19 with easy access to Alpharetta corporate offices and dining options. The property also offers a free weekday shuttle.
