  • Value Areas: Business Intelligence (78%) and guest communication (77%) are seen as the most valuable applications today, with personalization and upselling driving future initiatives.

Cloudbeds’ Perspective

The study confirms what we see daily: adoption is rising, but integration and clarity are the roadblocks. We are focused on solving both by turning fragmented data into an organizational-wide asset and transforming systems of record into systems of action. That’s how you reduce costs, lift revenue, and keep the guest experience at the center. Adam Harris, CEO of Cloudbeds
