Strong 2025 performance, a robust development pipeline, and evolving brand architecture set the stage for Posadas’ next phase of purposeful growth.

Grupo Posadas, Mexico’s leading hotel operator, enters 2026 with strong momentum following a year defined by disciplined growth, brand evolution, and continued investment in innovation and guest experience. With more than 200 hotels and 29,922 rooms across top city and beach destinations, the company strengthened its performance in 2025 and now moves into the new year with one of its most significant development pipelines to date.
Backed by a clear strategic vision and a commitment to purposeful expansion, Posadas is advancing 34 hotels in development and more than 4,800 additional rooms, representing an investment exceeding $880 million USD. Enhanced operational efficiency, talent development, and digital transformation continue to guide the company’s evolution—supported by market-leading guest satisfaction metrics. Through its alliance with Medallia, Posadas now measures and improves guest and employee experience in real time, achieving a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 64, well above both global (44) and Latin American (33) hospitality averages.
Posadas is a company with over five decades of history that has evolved without losing its essence: innovation, excellence, and a deep commitment to Mexico,” said. We move forward with a clear vision toward 2026: grow with purpose, expand responsibly, and generate economic value with social, cultural, and environmental impact. A Year of Purposeful Growth and Strong Brand Performance
Throughout 2025, Posadas strengthened its four strategic pillars—growth, agility, profitability, and collaborative culture—while advancing digital transformation and ESG commitments. The company earned top placement in the Merco 2025 reputation ranking for the tourism sector and received the Hydro-Sustainable Hotel distinction from Fundación Helvex. Its talent and inclusion programs also expanded, supported by initiatives such as ADN Posadas Leader and literacy and vocational training across multiple states.
As part of its evolving brand strategy, Posadas elevated the guest experience across its portfolio through new concepts and platforms. The company introduced Invitta, a culinary and mixology program developed with Chef Gerardo Rivera that enhances restaurants and bar offerings across key brands. The expansion of Esencia Viva, Posadas’ signature wellbeing program, further strengthened its luxury and lifestyle positioning across Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, and Fiesta Americana. Brand health studies conducted with Kantar also reinforced the company’s leadership in awareness and differentiation as traveler preferences continue shifting toward more emotional, purpose-driven, and experience-focused journeys.
