As an organization, HAMA provides a forum for the development of best practices and a united voice for hotel owners on issues facing the industry. Dina Winder, Highgate, CHAM –President
As a member of the HAMA Board since 2021, Winder has focused on increasing the participation and visibility of asset managers at industry conferences, as well as continuing to expand the educational programming and providing genuine networking connections at the semi-annual HAMA conferences. “My advancement as an asset manager is based in part on the collegial and welcoming environment of HAMA, as well as valuable teachings from fellow members and industry experts during semi-annual conferences. I hope to offer this opportunity to other asset managers as they expand their own careers,” Winder added.
With more than two decades of hospitality experience, Winder currently serves as executive vice president of asset management for Highgate, a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company with over $15 billion of assets under management. She has previously held leadership positions in asset management, investment and development across the hospitality industry.
