SEATTLE, Wash.Columbia Hospitality, the award-winning North American hospitality management and consulting company, proudly announces the addition of downtown Seattle’s iconic luxury Hotel 1000 to its prestigious management portfolio.

While Columbia Hospitality manages exceptional properties across the country, we’re especially excited to partner with a Seattle icon like Hotel 1000 in our own hometown. With a strong alignment across Hotel 1000 ownership, operations, and brand—and a leadership team that has direct experience working at Hotel 1000—Columbia Hospitality looks forward to engaging with and contributing to our local community in new ways as Seattle continues to grow. John Oppenheimer, founder and chairman of Columbia Hospitality

Columbia Hospitality and ownership will build on Hotel 1000’s foundation, leveraging its legacy while elevating the experience to further distinguish the property as a premier lodging, meeting, and dining destination in the Pacific Northwest. More than a place to stay, Hotel 1000 is a refined urban sanctuary shaped by Seattle’s character and each guest’s needs. Located in the heart of downtown, just two blocks from the waterfront and within walking distance of Pike Place Market, the newly improved Seattle Waterfront, Seattle Art Museum, T-Mobile Stadium and Lumen Field, this elegant retreat is at the center of all the action.

Modern amenities and a commitment to sustainability are found in each of the 120 thoughtfully appointed guestrooms, including 36 suites with water or vibrant city views and a 2,000-square-foot presidential grand suite. The majority of rooms feature separate bathtubs with faucets that fill from the ceiling. The Nineteenth, a Topgolf Swing Suite, offers Full Swing simulator technology in an intimate venue for small groups to play golf and other virtual games, watch live sports and relax. Equally suited for leisure and business travelers, Hotel 1000 delivers elevated service, metropolitan sophistication, and curated experiences inspired by the Pacific Northwest.

On-site dining at Hotel 1000 is a celebration of place: All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar showcases just-caught seafood, regional wines, and craft cocktails in an elevated yet approachable setting, and it boasts the best happy hour in the city. Rosebay offers a modern, refined cocktail bar experience where every drink on the menu is infused with local, sustainable ingredients.

Additionally, Hotel 1000 will soon join the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, showcasing independent, unique luxury destinations offering story-worthy experiences.

Beginning February 1, Columbia Hospitality will manage all lodging and dining operations at Hotel 1000. It joins a large and distinguished portfolio of hotels, resorts, bars and restaurants, distinctive venues, spas, golf courses, and residential communities across the United States that Columbia Hospitality manages and operates.
